This Cuttlefish was resting on the ocean floor and made a great model.
This photo was taken during our honeymoon to Indonesia. I am still very much a novice at photography, but was fortunate enough to have a lot of time to take pictures of this strange looking animal. As I took the pictures, it continued to change its texture and color, but I did not notice it until I looked at the pictures. I suppose I was annoying it, but it did not try to move or swim away so I hope I did not bother it too much.
Eventually, I hope to become incredibly wealthy by generating more traffic than all of the worldwide web combined. But, until such time as I have a product to sell, I will be content to offer my musings, my photographs and my dry wit to brighten the day of anybody who happens to stumble across its content.
I love to scuba dive, and enjoy earning my living somewhere in the northeastern United States. Of course, there is an air of mystery about divers. We dare to go where a lot of other people never really thought about. I am by no means a professional diver or photographer. I’ve dived a week here, and a week there, with here and there being Bonaire, Belize, Jamaica, Cayman Brac, Little Cayman, Cozumel, Hawaii and most recently, the Exumas in the Bahamas.
